Return and refund policy

You may request a return within 14 days after your wreath is delivered. To start a return, email maevestinseltwine@gmail.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

To be eligible for a return, the wreath must be unused and in its original condition. Customers pay return shipping for routine returns.

If your wreath arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at maevestinseltwine@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help. We will cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
